Thank you for being a blessing to Foster Children in Kankakee Co. Our goal is to provide a gift for every local child in the foster care system.
• Stop by the Live 1:17 table in the North Foyer and pick a child to provide a gift for.
• There are 2 items on each wish list. You do not have to buy both gifts. Wish list gifts will be around $50 for younger children and up to $100 for teens. Feel free to go in on a gift with family members, co-workers, or small groups. Please bless the child with a new gift from their wish list.
• Please put each gift in a gift bag, instead of wrapping it in paper. They are easier to distribute at our Jingle Jam party. Please put a special note with the gift and attach the child's name and wish list to the bag.
• All gift bags & gift cards need to be brought to River Valley Christian Fellowship by NOVEMBER 19TH. Please bring them to the North Venue Welcome Center on Sundays or the church office during regular business hours (8:30am-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs). Call the church before dropping the gift off, to ensure someone is there to receive it: 815-933-7353.
• You may also choose to buy a gift card to Meijer, Walmart, or Target to help pay for the Jingle Jam Party we'll be throwing for the foster children on December 12th.
