LIFE BEGINS WITH JESUS
When we trust in something apart from God to be our life and salvation, we make that thing, pursuit, or person our god. This means we are looking outside of God for our love, security, value, and approval. But in the end, these things break under the weight of our expectations leaving us crushed and disappointed, separated from God's grace.
Jesus came to earth, lived a perfect life, died on a cross for our sin, and was raised to life to rescue you and make you spiritually alive. Jesus is the only One you can trust to hold up your life and give you the forgiveness, love, security and acceptance you’re searching for. Jesus offers you new life and a reconciled relationship with God.
Perhaps you’ve felt unworthy of salvation because of your past. Maybe you’ve thought good works and keeping rules could save you. Maybe you thought you were saved because you were baptized or prayed a prayer, without ever experiencing a change of heart.
The good news is that Jesus is calling you to trust and believe that He has done all that needs to be done to save you. “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is a gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one can boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
If you are ready to believe and receive God's gift of salvation, simply talk to God and commit your life Him. “But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become the children of God…” (John 1:12)
